The Systems Engineering
and Analysis Division (SEAD) conducts program planning, acquisition planning, systems engineering, and effectiveness analyses
across a spectrum of strategic, naval, and national security issues. In addition,
SEAD is working to develop and transition emerging technologies for both military
and commercial applications in our Advanced Engineering Development Group.
