SPA’s Joint Systems Engineering Group works in the following areas:
Involved in every aspect of the Single Integrated Air Picture Joint Program Office (SIAP JPO) planning, analysis, and execution which includes:
- Test and Evaluation Strategy, Events, Demos, Execution, and Analysis
- Test and Evaluation (T&E) Strategy and Planning
- Planning and Support for Joint Hardware-in-the-Loop Events
- Event Test Planning and Execution
- Coordination between the Services and the SIAP JPO in support of demonstrations and integration
- Testing Support
- Test and Evaluation (T&E) Strategy and Planning
- Product testing to include: test case development and documentation, test automation, and test tool implementation
- Assistance and guidance to the Service’s user community on development issues
- Capabilities Assessments, Metrics, and Supporting Analysis
- Measures of Performance (MOPs) and Measures of Effectiveness (MOEs) assessed in order to enable analysis of linkages through a metrics hierarchy
- SIAP Attributes created to tie assessments to requirements
- Analysis Tool Verification and Validation (V&V)
- Joint Requirements Development
- Assistance with customer’s large-scale systems engineering requirements development and Joint approval process
- Experience supporting the Joint Capabilities Integration and Development System (JCIDS) process; requirements drafted for the Initial Capabilities Document (ICD) and Capability Development Document (CDD)
- Network Analysis
- Network development and assessment
- Military tactical network analysis
