SPA Awarded 5-Year Contract for Support to the Navy's Above Water
Sensors Directorate (PEO IWS 2.0)
July 2010: Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. (SPA) was awarded a
contract for support to the U.S. Navy’s Above Water Sensors Directorate within the Program Executive Office for Integrated Warfare Systems (PEO IWS).
Fourteen other companies will assist SPA in execution of the contract. The contract award is for $134M over five years.
The SPA Team will provide Program Management, Engineering, Test and
Evaluation, Logistics, and Financial Management services for Development
Systems within PEO IWS 2.0. These Systems include the Air and Missile
Defense Radar (AMDR), Cobra Judy Replacement (CJR), Dual Band Radar (DBR),
Multi-Mission Signal Processor (MMSP) for AN/SPY-1 Radar, Surface Electronic
Warfare Improvement (SEWIP) and NULKA Decoy System.
The work will be performed at SPA Offices at 80 M Street, Washington, DC. and
other offices in the vicinity of the Washington Navy Yard.
